Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean, we got extra pillows and towels when we requested them. Breakfast had variety and abundance. Pool was well maintained. Parking was easy.

Everything was excellent, except paid parking. Our previous lodging at the facility came with free parking.

The location. The size of the room. The kitchen. The large mirrors in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent, with several hot and cold choices each morning. The entire staff -- especially the front desk -- were wonderful, warm and caring people. The rooms were very large, spacious and well set up. I felt very safe and secure there, which is great for a woman traveling alone. The grounds were stunning, and the location, for my purposes -- 90th birthday party for a friend -- could not have been better! This Sonesta was superb!

The breakfast had variety and tasty. Liked the variety of drinks. When we returned one night late there was not a parking spot. The security guard made us feel safe and gave us his parking spot and made sure we made it safe to our room

The staff at check in were great. We first stopped just to check it out to see if we wanted to stay there (had a room booked at another Inn that was terrible so we were looking to find something else) and Moe was very helpful and kind. She took the time to answer our questions and even showed us a room. Check in was with Jasmine and she was great also. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast included had several options. We enjoyed coffee on the very comfortable outside furniture

This was the nicest, most attractive hotel suite we've ever seen. It was like a 2 bedroom modern apartment. The breakfast the next morning was very good. I would recommend this chain to anyone. I joined the Sonesta Club.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The gym was useful. The location is great with Annapolis town center a short walk and the old town a short drive away.

The whole property gave us that apartment feel. If you want and need your privacy, this is for you.

The breakfast was mostly good. The eggs were not cooked throughly. It cause me and my brother to have stomach and digestive issues. I did brong it up to the attendant. I did not know I would have to pay for parking.
